Web application project for the management of customer phone warranty claims and equipment registration. Developed architecture and design documentation including process flowcharts, design comps, ERD, Use cases and prototype. Created test scripts, coordinated and facilitated user acceptance testing, and user documentation manual. In addition to XHTML, CSS, Javascript, I served as IA, Ux and developed training documentation. The project was successfully deployed in under 10 weeks.

Challenge

A Telecommunications company wanted to replace their handset claims processing vendor with an in-house solution.

Solution

The new solution allows internal employees the ability to identify and process valid warranty claims, including the ability to review active claims, check claim status, verify customer enrollment, register equipment, and create new claims.
